I find it nearly impossible to feel sad when I look at orange and yellow tulips and to have so many of my bulbs bloom this spring has been wonderful. Today the grass was green and the tulips bright. The tops of my tiger lilies are poking out of the ground and the lilacs at the side of the house are fragrant.
SPRING IS HERE!
Today was a short hike with a great friend and a kid or two, listening to lawn mowers hard at work, chatting with neighbors, watching the cats play in the yard, a surprise visit from some long lost children, a wonderful dinner out with my amazing hubby, down time with my new book, windows open, and sandals on. No one was able to resist being out today!
WAHOO! FOR SPRING!!!
