Of Minstrels and Molting

Guess what?...Yep, another busy yet good week for the Hatch Family. Miranda was especially busy this week. On Tuesday she had History Fair. She entered a display board with her friend on Clara Barton. Yea for them, they passed on to the district level. Also on Tuesday Miranda performed in the school play. The performing group for the school, Minstrels, has been working on their musical, Once on This Island, since the beginning of the year. They did great. It was so fun to watch. She did a great job. Way to go Miranda!! Here she is with her friend Molly. Don't you just love the stage make-up? (They didn't let us take photos during the play)

Also this week it seemed Tyler's gecko was getting sick. She started to turn pale and had not been eating well. We turned to the Internet to figure out what might be wrong. Easy access to useful information is great. We quickly found out Nano was not sick, but getting ready to shed. Sure enough last night she looked like she was wearing a coat. Tyler was very intrigued with the whole process.

In other news.....we had fun playing on our new ping-pong table with family...quickly realizing that somehow Jacob is a great ping-pong player; Matt and I have been on two creative dates; Matt, Jacob and I got to spend 4 hours working as ushers at the new Draper Temple open house; Nathan's done with ALPS testing; you don't exercise outside with the air looking like that!
