We had a great 4th of July that was filled with family, food, and fireworks...just the way it should be:)
I made homemade ice cream. The strawberry and fudge brownie were my favorites. Christian and Brooke liked the ice cream too:)

This year we had our celebration at Audrey and Brian's house--they live a block away from the BYU stadium--Stadium of Fire. This year The Beach Boys were the headliner. We were close enough to hear a few songs, but we were most excited for the fireworks show afterwards.
We missed hearing the patriotic music during the fireworks, but felt proud to be Americans non the less. It was a great 4th of July. I am truly thankful to be living in the land of the free!
