March came and went in a mess of this...JIMMERMANIA!!!!!!!
The highs and lows this crazy season brought were felt full force in this house. From the Utah game to the New Mexico game to the Wyoming game to the almost shrine in the upstairs bedroom ( I say almost because it did lack candles...) it was felt and lived here.
And in the middle of it all, Jimmer's BIGGEST-MOST DEVOTED fan turned 16.Yep, my beautiful "little" girl is now 16. And what did she want? A Jimmer jersey. DUH! That's what Superman wears you know! (Oh and a bedroom makeover- but that's for a different post.) Miranda did take a small break from the March Madness to have a party.
Miranda is lucky to be blessed with some great friends. Probably because she is such a good friend to them. Miranda is just as an amazing student as she always has been. She recently took the ACT (yes as a sophomore) to get a baseline--without studying..and got a 29. Her goal, of course, is to do better than Jacob. I'm guessing she'll achieve that. Miranda is a devoted student and works hard to achieve all she does. Miranda, this year, has really developed her singing talent. At the beginning of March she had a big solo at her choir concert. It was in the song "Stormy Weather". It blew us away. I took a video of it, but, of course, the video just doesn't do it justice (and it takes FOREVER to upload!). She has an amazing voice. Just as beautiful as she is. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to be her parents.HAPPY (late) BIRTHDAY to our Lucky Charm:)
And we all know who her FAVORITE uncle is now!Sorry guys, no chance you're beating Kyle on this one:)
